Seeker Tribe location analysis
A Tribe - Inconclusive
Most A tribe NPCs are located in La Noscea. Antelopes, however, are the tribe's animal, and those are found only in the Black Shroud and Coerthas.
B Tribe - Inconclusive
Only one B tribe NPC exists in-game, a Barracks NPC listed as being from Summerford in Lower La Noscea. Boars, however, are found almost entirely in the Shroud.
C Tribe - La Noscea
All C tribe NPCs are located in La Noscea. This is also the only place where Coeurl are to be found in-game, though the lorebook says they are native to the Near East.
D Tribe - Inconclusive, possibly La Noscea
The few D tribe NPCs in game are either in or from La Noscea. This is also the only place where Dodo are to be found, though they are said to be reared throughout Eorzea.
E Tribe - Inconclusive, possibly La Noscea
E tribe NPCs are spread across Eorzea. Efts are likewise to be found in many different locations, although they said in lore to be native throughout La Noscea specifically.
F Tribe - Inconclusive
F tribe NPCs are spread throughout Eorzea. Bears, meanwhile, are only found in-game in Coerthas and Dravania.
G Tribe - Inconclusive, possibly Gyr Abania/Abalathia's Spine
G tribe NPCs exist in Mor Dhona, Gyr Abania, and Limsa Lominsa. Griffins are native to Abalathia's Spine.
H Tribe - La Noscea
Several H tribe NPCs exist in-game, almost all in La Noscea. Gigantoad species (Nixes, etc.) are found in several locations, but those named specifically "Gigantoad" are also in La Noscea.
I Tribe - Inconclusive, possibly La Noscea
Only one I tribe NPC exists in game, in Limsa Lominsa. Buffalos are found only in La Noscea in-game, though the lorebook mentions that they also exist in the Black Shroud.
J Tribe - Inconclusive, possibly Gyr Abania
J tribe NPCs are found in large numbers in both Gyr Abania and La Noscea, but several reside in Ala Ghiri and are involved in the quests there, implying that the tribe may be nearby. Jackals can be found in several different parts of Eorzea, although none appear in Gyr Abania in-game. The lorebook says they are endemic to Vylbrand.
K Tribe - Inconclusive, possibly La Noscea
Most K tribe NPCs are found in La Noscea. Hipparion do not exist in-game and may be extinct.
L Tribe - Inconclusive
L tribe NPCs exist only in cities, and none appear in the wilds. Grass Vipers can be harvested by botanists in Thanalan, but their flavor text says they are found throughout Eorzea.
M Tribe - Gyr Abania
The M tribe resides in The Peaks in Gyr Abania, at the Peering Stones.
N Tribe - Inconclusive
A few N tribe NPCs reside in Limsa Lominsa. Aldgoats, however, are found in Thanalan in-game, though the lorebook mentions that they have been raised in Coerthas since ancient times.
O Tribe - Inconclusive, possibly La Noscea
A few O tribe NPCs are in La Noscea, but others are found in such disparate locations as Gridania and Dravania. Moles are found in both La Noscea and Thanalan.
P Tribe - Inconclusive, possibly Thanalan
P tribe NPCs are found in La Noscea and Ul'dah. Their animal, the basilisk, exists only in Thanalan in-game, but the lorebook says they are common in most regions of Aldenard.
Q Tribe - Inconclusive
There are Q NPCs in several disparate locations in-game. Puks are found in both La Noscea and Thanalan.
R Tribe - La Noscea
All R tribe NPCs are found in La Noscea. Raptors are found in both La Noscea and the Shroud, but are only called raptors proper in La Noscea.
S Tribe - Inconclusive
Few S tribe NPCs exist in-game. The zu are large birds that migrate between Eorzea and the Near East, and are only found in Coerthas and the Sea of Clouds in-game, though there is an A-rank hunt in Outer La Noscea as well.
T Tribe - Inconclusive
T tribe NPCs are found in Ul'dah and Limsa Lominsa. Condors can be found in Thanalan, La Noscea, and the Shroud.
U Tribe - Southern Thanalan
The U tribe resides in Southern Thanalan at the Forgotten Springs.
V Tribe - Inconclusive
V tribe NPCs exist in Mor Dhona and Limsa Lominsa. Vultures can be found in Thanalan, La Noscea, and the Shroud.
W Tribe - Inconclusive
The only W tribe NPCs in-game are found in Ul'dah and La Noscea. Wolves are said in lore to roam all corners of Eorzea, and in-game are found in the Shroud, La Noscea, Thanalan, and Coerthas, among other places.
X Tribe - Inconclusive, possibly Gyr Abania
The only non-quest NPC from the X tribe is in La Noscea, but X'rhun from the RDM quests talks about growing up in Gyr Abania. No creatures referred to as lynxes exist in-game.
Y Tribe - Inconclusive
Y tribe NPCs exist in both Gridania and Limsa. Y'shtola, however, was born in New Sharlayan in the Dravanian Hinterlands. No creatures referred to as Jaguars exists in game.
Z Tribe - Inconclusive
Only two Z tribe NPCs exist, in the Gold Saucer and Limsa Lominsa. Ziz exist throughout Eorzea, but are referred to specifically as ziz mostly in Coerthas and the Shroud.
